Happiness. Marketing was created by Thom Skarzynski, a veteran of 20+ years in the music industry who has worked for  major labels (Atlantic; Epic) and independents (Roadrunner; Fueled By Ramen) - plus a 2-year stint at Spotify.


A 2024 Billboard 'Executive Of The Week' and a 2022 Variety 'Hitmaker', Thom has been making waves behind the scenes across all genres in major ways. 

He ran the Epic/Sony Commerce department from 2018-2023 and has made his mark on projects ranging from Travis Scott to Twenty One Pilots to  Coldplay.
